SMILE!
Historically, I have produced highly-skilled drawings on paper that are narrative, allegorical, and enigmatic in nature. This new series, “SMILE!,” though still deeply narrative, sees me pivoting toward a more three-dimensional, somewhat sculptural multi-media approach. Though my work has always had a social justice component, “SMILE!” expressly attempts to draw attention to inequality in ingrained societal systems.
